Wow, it's been a long spell since I posted anything in my blog. Real Life took over big time...and I guess I was busy with my other private blogs and personal issues. Anyway, today is all about pain...back pain specifically. I realise so many of us are going through this daily...and what got me into researching deep into it was the fact that my youngest daughter was diagnosed with Sciatica. She suffers so badly from it on a daily basis and she is only 18! It is just so unnatural for someone so young as herself to go through such but I have learned that MANY of our young ones suffer from it. It makes me wonder if it could be because of their overly heavy school bags or too long hours at the computer?
While researching through many medical sites and articles ...I stumbled across one particular site which really got my attention because it made a lot of sense and had a lot of good information and tips. I would like to share this site with all you people out there who suffer from back pain. You may want to like the Facebook fanpage because it offers a lot of good tips for an improved and quality life for those who suffer from pain.
